As soon as payment is received, we will ship your order.
Do you accept credit cards?
Absolutely, we accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. Contact us at 706-463-1148 to pay by credit card. We also accept Paypal, certified check or money order.
What about seeing a sample? Contact us by email (scott@allproflooringstore.com) or by phone with the product name and color for sample availability.
What is your return policy?
We will replace at no charge any item reported damaged, missing or not delivered as ordered if reported within 3 days of delivery and only if you specify your complaint on the shipping receipt. Inspect all items upon delivery. If no damages or shortage are noted on the shipping receipt, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or shortages that occur. If the driver does not have time to wait for you to check each box, write "pending inspection" on the delivery receipt. Refused shipments without authorization will be treated as a return and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee along with initial and return shipping costs.
